Fresha isn't free — it costs you revenue. They take 20% commission on every new client coming through their platform. With just 5 new bookings at €50 each per month, you're already paying €50 in commission — more than double our Solo plan. You're also locked into their payment system (1% + €0.20 per transaction) with no choice of payment method. No Bancontact, no iDEAL. GlowBook costs €19 flat, zero commission, Bancontact AND iDEAL included.

Three key differences: (1) WhatsApp reminders — no other platform includes this as standard. (2) Price: at Optios deposits require the most expensive €79/mo plan; at Salonized you pay extras for waitlist, deposits and SMS. At GlowBook everything is included from €19. (3) Bancontact AND iDEAL: GlowBook and Salonized are the only platforms supporting both — essential for Belgian and Dutch clients.

Yes. You set per treatment whether a deposit is required and how much. Clients pay via Bancontact, iDEAL or credit card. The amount is deducted from the final price.
