What about the privacy of medical intake info?+
Intake answers are encrypted in our European database (Germany). Only you see them. We never share data with third parties. GDPR-compliant. Your client can always request or delete their data via /klant/gdpr-export.
Can I sync with Google Calendar?+
Yes, two-way. Bookings appear automatically in Google Calendar, and if you block a slot in Google (personal appointment, holiday), GlowBook won't overbook it. Ideal when work and personal bleed together.
What if a client cancels last-minute?+
In your settings, set a cancellation policy (e.g. free up to 24 hours before, 50% fee up to 12 hours before). If you have a waitlist on that slot, the first client on it gets an immediate WhatsApp or email notification.
