What does it really cost?
Run the numbers with their own prices (excl. VAT, by staff count): deposits, waitlist, gift cards and loyalty need at least Basic (€39/mo) at Salonized, and online forms need Pro (€59/mo). Text reminders run on credits bought separately. GlowBook Solo is €19/mo with all of that bundled, plus WhatsApp reminders with no per-message fee. That's €240 to €480 a year less, before any text credits. (Checked September 2026 on their own pricing page.)
When is Salonized the better choice?
- Your clients are used to text reminders and you don't want to change channel.
- You already have 5+ years of data on Salonized and migration isn't viable. It's a stable, mature stack.
- You want Treatwell marketplace integration. Salonized has it, GlowBook doesn't (we don't believe in commission models).

Can I migrate from Salonized to GlowBook?+
Yes. Export your clients and services from Salonized as CSV and import them into GlowBook via /dashboard/klanten. Appointment history doesn't migrate (both systems keep it local), but future appointments can be moved manually or via the Google Calendar sync.
Does GlowBook work with Treatwell like Salonized does?+
No, deliberately. Treatwell takes 35% commission on new clients from its marketplace. We believe that margin belongs to you, not a platform. Use GlowBook as your own booking system and drive clients directly.
Does GlowBook have the same newsletter feature as Salonized?+
Yes, in the Team plan (€39/mo). You send trilingual newsletters to your client base with open tracking.
What about birthday messages?+
On the roadmap. Rebook reminders (4 weeks after a visit) already fire automatically; birthday automation lands in a later release.
